Returns & Cancellation Policies
Your Satisfaction is our Number One Goal. At Light Innovations we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and exactly what you want. Our sincere goal is to provide an enjoyable shopping experience that encourages you to shop with us for years to come. On occasion that you receive a product that you just don’t like or that doesn’t match your décor, our experience sales staff is just a phone call, or email away to guide you through the return policy.
Non-defective items can be returned within 45 days of delivery. The following requirements are necessary to return merchandise:
- Product must be in new (unused) condition. Any fixture that has been installed (including cut or clipped wires) or modified not eligible for return.
- Product must be in original box with original packaging.
- Special Order fixture are subject to a 30 – 50% restock fee.
- Any items not purchased from Light Innovations.
- Extra shipping and handling charges are not eligible for credit.
- Receipts are required for all returns.
Returns will be refunded in the manner they were paid. Credit cards will be credited back. Cash and check payments a check will be mailed.
Warranty
Light Innovations offers a one-year warranty on all products we sell. If you have a problem on any fixture or fan (excluding closeouts) during the one-year warranty we will repair or replace it. We reserve the right to work with the manufacturer to determine whether or not to repair or replace.
We understand that a product may get damaged in transit or, on occasion there may be a manufacturer product defect. Rest assured, we will stand by you during this process and make sure we do everything we can to bring it to a satisfying and timely conclusion.
All of the ceiling fans we sell come with a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. After the initial store warranty expires we will help you work with the manufacturer to repair or replace your fan. You will be responsible for any labor charges after the store warranty expires.
